You can either purchase tickets for Shakhtar’s fixtures directly from the Donbass Arena ticket office located on Mira Ave side or book them online via the website.

Ticket office

The ticket purchasing procedure is very simple. You just need to attend the ticket office to buy a ticket for certain match during the related sales period (its kickoff time is announced on the website). You are required to have sufficient funds on you to purchase a ticket within the selected price bracket.

The ticket office opening hours are Monday-Sunday 9am to 8pm.

Retail outlets

For FC Shakhtar supporters’ convenience we have developed and introduced a ticketing system through remote sales points, operated on distribution principle. The system offers the fans an option of purchasing football tickets from special sales points across Donetsk and in other cities and towns of Donetsk oblast. You can buy tickets for all the Ukrainian League and Cup fixtures at those outlets from sales day one through the date preceding the match day. You can find the complete sales points list here.

Group applications

You can also submit a group application for attending FC Shakhtar home matches to be played at the Donbass Arena (Ukrainian Premier League, Ukrainian Cup, European competitions) for the employees of your enterprise or organization (at least five people). To do so you will just need to fill out a dedicated form on our website, a paper copy of which is also available from the ticket office at the stadium.
The correctly completed application should be submitted via fax on 062 387 02 60 or forwarded by email to zayavka@shakhtar.com. You can also bring it in person to the ticket office at the arena.

Online sale

Our website provides you with the online booking option. The purchasing procedure is as follows:

1. You are requested to select the preferred category ticket and book it online. The reservation availability time is 15 minutes.

2. During the above time you are required to complete your payment by MasterCard/Visa whose online payment option is activated. After making payment, you will receive a unique purchase confirmation code.

3. You can collect your passes from the ticket office at the preferred time by citing the unique confirmation code and presenting your passport, its copy or any other valid ID. The ticket delivery fee for the Diamond clients is already included in the ticket price. The tickets of any other price category that are booked online can be delivered throughout Donetsk for the fee of UAH 20.
