The matches between Shakhtar and Dynamo evoke a special interest. And not only when first team is playing. It refers to both youth teams and when white-haired veterans are playing. The report clash of “doubles” coaches by good “old’ friends-rivals Volodymyr Muntyan and Valeriy Yaremchenko was not an exclusion. These two coaches who used to be both footballers have been working for their native football clubs for over 40 years.

The latest matches were not very successful for our reserves: loss against Karpaty, draws in Mukachevo and Odessa. Eventually, it got working…

The game was going on good but wet pitch accompanied by boring autumn rain. The miners held the first half excellently. They have manages practically everything. Oleksiy Polyanskyy and Vitaliy Vytsenets were brilliantly conducting the game. And, of course, Ruslan Fomin! 4 goals! He could have scored even more, though Dynamo guys anre not the ones to be beaten. It was just that luck turned its back to them that day.

The guests got calm only after the score 0:5. A great number of substitution made an impact. The subs used could not make the game stronger. It is no wonder with such a score. The hosts managed to score twice. But these balls can’t be called the goals of prestige by any means. Shakhtar was stronger in all respects.

Our youth team coach Valeriy Yaremchenko was not hiding his emotions:

— It was a good game against a worthy rival. My guys held a perfect first half. It was a time of a season. I am especially grateful to Vitaliy Vytsenets and more experienced Oleksiy Polyanskyy and Ruslan Fomin. They were the leaders on the pitch. We have shown a very meaningful football today. In spite of the weather we were playing in a good mood. Though, missed at the end. Everything is fine!
