Srna is a player of the year!

Our website keeps on summing up Shakhtar’s achievements in the year 2009. Recently, we located the list of players, who have taken part in the official matches during this year, under the heading Polls. Sothe football fans had to vote the best one.

Conventionally, we are highlighting top three. These are: Brazilian midfielder Willian, who scored 219 (9.02%) points, goalkeeper Andriy Pyatov, who held the secondplace, gaining 484 (19.93%) points. And the top position went to Shakhtar’s captain Darijo Srna. 705 (29.02%) football lovers voted him to be the best player of the year. We congratulate Darijo on the next great achievement!
