Defeated by Shakhtar, the players of Metalist were coming out of their dressing room not in the best of their moods, refusing to answer the questions asked by reporters. But there were some who took the responsibility to speak for the team.

- What did Metalist lack to win the game today?
- We tried to neutralize the rivals in the midfield area. In the first time we managed to score a goal and the overall first half strategy was very satisfying. After the first half we sort of stuck at our half of the field. That was our mistake.

- Why didn’t you succeed to put pressure on Shakhtar at the end of the game to walk away with at least a tie?
- It’s hard to tell. We tried playing at the same level as our rivals. But Shakhtar is a very strong squad, especially when playing at home. That is why they managed to win today.
