Today, the Ukraine national team played an away friendly match against Poland.
The game ended with the score 1:1. Having conceded a goal from Jelen at the end of the first half, our team was trying to score an equalizer until the final whistle, but then managed to come back. Eugene Seleznyov succeeded in leveling the score in injury time.
There were two Pitmen who played the whole match for Ukraine national team. Andrey Pyatov, who was in goal, displayed a very confident game, having saved his teammates on many occasions but only once failed to keep a clean sheet. As for Artem Fedetskiy, who is currently on loan at Karpaty, he assisted Seleznyov before Eugene could pull a goal back for Ukraine just before the final whistle.
