FK Partizan took the lead

Last weekend FK Partizan (Belgrade) played a postponed JSL round two fixture. Shakhtar’s opponents for Champions League play-off qualifying seized a 2-0 win home against Hajduk (Kula).

With 31 minutes on the clock, the Brazilian international Cleo delivered an eye-catching opener. And in the mid of the second half Marko Šćepović was successfully on the ball, entering the opponents’ area and taking a bottom shot on a far corner, that secured his side an absolute advantage.

Thanks to the victory over Hajduk, FK Partizan succeeded to get 9 points and held the top standing spot in Serbia Premier League.
